The 2nd transnational meeting took place at Tilburg, Netherlands. We reviewed the progress of the first 3 outputs which refer to the development of a context specific Qualification Frameworks on Social and Civic Competence, Media Literacy and Cultural Awareness. The partners engaged in a workshops to assign which Learning Outcomes should be achieved at which level of the Active Citizenship Ladder. The meeting concluded with the revision of the next steps for the development of the 42 workshops (IO4) activities and deadlines.
